Meet Andrea Cafarelli, NP-C
I'm Andrea, the founder and sole injector at Belle Lumière Aesthetic. Every appointment is with me—there's no rotating team of injectors or being passed from one provider to another. That consistency is intentional because I believe trust is built through continuity, personalized care, and genuine connection. My goal is for Belle Lumière Aesthetic to feel like a safe haven for everyone who walks through the door—a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, where vulnerability is met with compassion, and where you leave feeling more confident and radiant than when you arrived.
My nursing career began in Atlanta, Georgia, where I graduated from Emory University in 2012. I spent the early years of my career caring for critically ill patients in the Medical ICU before returning to graduate school to earn my Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree in 2016. After nearly a decade in cardiology, I made the intentional decision to transition into medical aesthetics—a field that had become a genuine passion of mine. I was drawn to the opportunity to care for patients in a different way, combining my clinical expertise with an appreciation for artistry and individualized care. Although my specialty has changed, the foundation of my practice has not. I bring the same scientific rigor, precision, and evidence-based approach that I cultivated throughout my years in cardiology to every aesthetic treatment I perform.
When I decided to transition into aesthetics, I was committed to training with the very best. I completed intensive training at Allergan's AMI Institute in Atlanta, where I learned the MD Codes™ approach to facial assessment and injection techniques. Developed by renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Mauricio de Maio, the MD Codes methodology is a structured, anatomy-based framework for facial rejuvenation and balancing. Rather than simply treating lines or adding volume, it addresses the underlying structural changes that occur with aging, including bone resorption, ligament laxity, and soft tissue descent. This evidence-based approach has been validated through extensive research and multiple peer-reviewed publications, making it a foundation I continue to rely on in my practice. At AMI, I had the privilege of training with Riley Worth, FNP-C, along with several other National Allergan trainers whose expertise has helped shape my approach to patient care.
Continuing education remains one of the cornerstones of my practice. I intentionally dedicate time to reviewing the latest scientific literature on injectable treatments and regularly attend both in-person and advanced online trainings. Medical aesthetics is an ever-evolving field, and I believe my patients deserve a provider who is committed to continual learning, refining technique, and delivering care that reflects the highest standards of safety and excellence.
My Philosophy
My aesthetic philosophy is centered on subtle, thoughtful enhancements that leave you looking rested, radiant, and authentically yourself—never overdone. My goal is to help you age gracefully by restoring balance, supporting facial structure, and preserving the features that make you uniquely you.
To me, the best aesthetic work is the kind no one notices. Friends and family should tell you that you look refreshed, healthy, or well-rested without being able to pinpoint exactly why. They should see you—not your treatment.
That philosophy guides every consultation. Before any product ever touches your face, we have an honest conversation about your concerns, your goals, and what your face truly needs. Sometimes that means treating less than you expected. Other times, it means recommending a different approach altogether. My priority is never to follow trends or create a one-size-fits-all result, but to develop a personalized treatment plan that respects your natural anatomy and supports you through the aging process with intention, balance, and restraint.

Outside the Treatment Room
Outside of the treatment room, I'm a wife and proud mom of two. My family and I became Cleveland Westsiders two years ago when my husband's career brought us north from Atlanta, and we've truly fallen in love with this beautiful lakeside community. It's been a joy to put down roots here and care for the people who call it home.
When I'm not injecting, you'll usually find me on the tennis court, practicing yoga, hiking or chasing after my two little ones as we explore everything Northeast Ohio has to offer. I also love to bake and find so much joy in creating homemade treats to share with family, friends, and neighbors.
Building meaningful relationships has always been one of my favorite parts of nursing, and it's one of the things I cherish most about aesthetics as well. I look forward to getting to know each of my patients, and not just their aesthetic goals.
