Lip Filler in Rocky River, OH
Soft, hydrated, naturally beautiful lips — designed for your face.
Lip filler has gotten a bad reputation because of how often it's done badly. Overfilled, duck-shaped, unnatural lips happen when the goal is "more product" instead of "the right amount, in the right places, for this specific face."
Andrea's approach is different. Lip rejuvenation at Belle Lumiere Aesthetic is about subtle enhancement — better shape, more hydration, improved symmetry — while keeping your lips looking like yours. Most patients leave looking like the best version of themselves, not like they had work done.
Pricing: Determined at consultation. Most first-time patients fall in the $600–$900 range. Cherry financing available.
What Lip Filler Can Do
Add subtle volume to lips that have always been thin or have lost fullness with age
Improve symmetry between the upper and lower lip, or between left and right
Define the lip border for a cleaner, more sculpted shape
Hydrate and smooth vertical lip lines
Restore lost volume as natural fat and collagen decline with age
Andrea's Lip Philosophy
Most patients don't actually want bigger lips. They want lips that look healthy, hydrated, and balanced with the rest of their face. The conversation at your consultation isn't "how much filler?" — it's "what bothers you about your lips, and what would you love to see?" From there, Andrea designs a plan that often uses less product than patients expect.
Many lip treatments are best done in stages — a half syringe now, another in 4–6 weeks if needed — rather than overfilling in one visit and trying to dissolve it later.
What to Expect
Lip filler treatments take 30–45 minutes. Andrea applies a topical numbing cream before starting, and most filler products contain lidocaine for additional comfort.
You'll see immediate results, though there will be swelling for the first 24–48 hours. Most swelling resolves within 3 days, with final results visible at about 2 weeks. Some bruising is common — plan around any major events.
Lip filler typically lasts 9–12 months.
Lip Filler FAQs
Will my lips look fake or "duck-like"? Not with Andrea's technique. The goal is balance and symmetry, not maximum volume. If you have specific concerns about looking overdone, tell her at consultation — she'll show you exactly what's planned and you can adjust before any product goes in.
How much filler will I need? Most first-time patients use a half to full syringe. Andrea often recommends starting with less than you think you want, then adding more in a few weeks if you'd like more volume.
Does it hurt? The injections are uncomfortable but not severe. Topical numbing plus the lidocaine in the filler itself makes it tolerable for almost everyone. Most patients rate it 3–4 out of 10.
How long does swelling last? Significant swelling for 24–48 hours, then steadily improving. Most patients are presentable for normal life by day 3 and look fully settled by day 14. Avoid scheduling treatment within 2 weeks of a major event.
Can lip filler be reversed? Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if needed. This is rarely necessary when treatment is conservative from the start.
How long does it last? 9–12 months for most patients.
Is there a "lip flip" alternative? Yes — a lip flip uses Botox (not filler) to gently roll the upper lip outward, creating the appearance of more lip without adding volume. Andrea offers this as a standalone treatment or in combination with filler.
